Header shows double

    I installed Shop on new WP site. And the header portion shows double. see screenshot)
    View source code shows Header wrapper identical twice.
    Searched all over in file manager to delete the double wrapper and cannot locate in any folder/file where this double is placed
    any quick pointer appreciated where I can delete the double html stuff..

    PS: deleted theme twice, cleared cache, reinstalled and same issue.
    this double issue was already before I added a logo
