related item on post

I have related item on my posts as though I have used the [related] butIi have not used it.

It is only happening on some posts not all, the site wide related items is off.

There is is no [related] code on this listing.

this page is clear and is the same code as the one above.

Third Floor Large Room 21 – Double Bed

so why does the related code apear on the first page, when it is not used?
