Left/Right arrows to scroll owl-carousel

Mark, The owl carousel doesn’t include the featured sash, which Josh fixed for me. I also would like to get the semi transparent left and right arrows on the owl carousel, like the one thats on the carousel in the home page editor section. Can it be done by changing the css or does it have to be added into php code? And can you help to fix it, Thanks, H
