  I'm taking every bit of knowledge in and going through setting everything up.
  However, may have noticed a fault..
  I was adding another "Premium" package to the theme and disable the free option, but the graphics did not show up just the text. I did resolve this by just altering all the packages bringing each on forward.
  There just seemed a problem when disabling free and adding another.

  I deal with people in the web industry every day. Tech support issues are usually always a problem to get people who know what they are doing to help you. This is NOT the case with Tech support at Premium Press.  They are on the ball, Super Patient with you and have excellet service. It was Sunday and I had just purchase CouponPress and was having some problems and did not think anyone would be on their chat on Sunday Evening but to my supprise they where there!

  I recently bought Directory Press for a new project. Installing it was simple and although I had a couple of minor isses getting some parts working the support was great, very responsive and the problem was resolved in just a few hours.
  In addition to the formal support route there is also a very active and helpful user community. So if you are trying to modify things to be just how you want them there are lots of peopel who are willing to add their voice of experience.

  I was having a great deal of difficulty with my DirectoryPress script. Hostgator couldn't figure it out and I came to PremiumPress for support. Mark Fail personally took the time on a 4th of July holiday weekend to completely reconfigure my site and get it up and running. There is no other product out there if you plan to do a business directory that compares to what DirectoryScript offers nor the top rated support!

  Whenever I come across a roadblock; after some tech-support emailing, troubleshooting, commmunity support; I've been able to find an alternative to my issue.
  I like how scalable it is and you can basically create (customize) your site into anything you want. Of course you have to have the dedication and know how to do so.
