Hi,
I am using a child theme of the Directory Theme version 8.3.
I’ve setup advanced search per the video tutorial. The problem is that when I search using the zipcode/postcode search it does not show any results if the search radius is set to anything other than “auto”. It also will not show any results unless the postcode matches exactly. For example I have a listing with the postcode 4101. That will only show in the results if you put enter 4101 in the field and set search radius to auto. And even then, the map marker ends up somewhere in europe, half way across the world!
Please can I get some assistance with this. Since I’ve installed this theme I’ve had the problem.
I’ve disabled all plugins – that didn’t fix the issue.
The PHP check says Multibyte String is set to Off and Max Execution Time is 30. Is this likely the cause?
