Widget Conditional Tags Not Working

I have a widget that I would like to display only on certain listing categories, but for some reason the conditional tags are not working.

I have Widget Display Options set to “ANY”.

I have dragged up the “in-category” conditional tag, and then in the settings for it, selected the category of listings that should show the widget, but for some reason, it is not working. When I select the “Listing Page” conditional tag it will display on all listing pages, so it seems to be working for some conditional tags, but not others.

Does anyone have any ideas? Alternatively, if I installed Widget Logic, what would be the query I would use to select a particular Listing Category type?
