Where do I adjust the menu box height

    Directory Theme 8.3

    I am trying to adjust the height of the top menu / widget boxes I am also looking to increase the font of the login / dashboard buttons and I want to change the font from uppercase to capitalize.

    I am assuming this would be done in one of the css files in framework directory? but what one and where in the file
