What is the official/best way to change Logo Title Text font

    For Directory Theme (8.9), what is the official way you’re supposed to change the font characteristics of the Website Logo Title Text font? It’s currently set to: Lobster

    Is there a video/document which describes the best methodology for making these types of changes? Looking at the style.css in the WordPress editor doesn’t show what I would expect.
