User/Member profile images not showing

In the Dating theme I have installed the UserPhoto plugin. I want to have users able to create profiles and upload several images for display in their profile. I also want them to be able to set one image as their main profile picture.

At the moment a user can select and upload an image but the image does not show on any public pages.

I noticed in the Users section of the WP Dashboard that images can be “pending”, “approved” or “rejected”. That’s cool but it doesn’t enable images to show on my site.

What have I missed?
