Uploaded Listing Photo Not Showing – Directory Theme

Hi gang…when we upload a listing image creating a new listing, it does not show the image. If we manually go into admin, and click the listing, then set the default image it works.

How can we make it so the uploaded image is defaulted as the main image on a listing, when a user creates their listing. This is the case on other themes…
