Unknown Advanced Widget on Left – Members Directory Template

    Hi all any idea why there is a random “advanced search widget” now showing in our member director [MEMBERS] template? it is NOT one of ours created as a widget for left column.

    See image attached….

    Is there a way to update ONLY the member directory template on our AT? (8.9.6) and which file is that anyways?

    Still not fix to this one…strange being there is not a widget created on the left using our widgets. How can we update the members directory template?

    Hello Anthony,
    The Members page uses the [members] (tpl-members.php) template which has a built-in search.If you want to use own page,create a page and use the [MEMBERS] shortcode to display the members

    Thanks…

    1) can we not replace the tpl on this AT to the current one or edit out the search? the search picks make no sense asking things like your age group? We prefer to NOT have that search widget looks unprofessional.

    2) We did try [MEMBERS] but it lists ALL member profiles in 1 column making the user scroll down a long ass page that has hundreds of members in a single column. Idea?

    Thanks Josh we will try..

    On another note: Zarko is and has been working on tickets we have placed over the last several months regarding the “Workflow Issue” on our DT which seems to NEVER be fixed. This has now been 9 months.

    Is there a way to reach Mark (we had his email once before) so HE can address this once and for all.

    UPDATE: as advised we updated MJ Theme to 8.9.7 / and are using WP 4.8.1 – no change same issues. Please see ticket. we will communicate with you there. (hopefully)
