Unable to install ANY child theme for ANY Theme

    When attempting to Install Child theme for ANY PremiumPress theme I get the following error:

    The parent theme is missing. Please install the “[XXX]” parent theme.

    The parent themes are installed and working properly. I have attempted to install manually as well and I get the same error.
