Top Elements Style 5 colour changes?

Hello again!

I was wondering if there is a way to change the colours of the top elements “style 5” that I have on my homepage below the header at: http://www.thedollbazaar.com ? (The three boxes with 1. 2. 3.)
Right now, the boxes are black and when hovering they change to green and the glyphicon to white. Is there a way to change that and add a code snippet for colour?
