    How is the thumbnail created on the search results.

    Is this automatic?

    How does one have to upload the video to ensure a smaller thumbnail is created? Do we have to add a screen capture in the featured image section?

    See Foo Fighters listing for example:

    In the new version coming shortly video thumbnails can be created automatically if your hosting is using FFMEPG, the current release only supports the FFMPEG plugin which some hostings no longer use so we’ve switched it over to the normal fFMPEG tool.

    You can try our demo site to test;

    What about Videos coming from youtube. Can it generate a thumbnail from them? If not, is there a way to set a default thumbnail pic so I don’t have to make and upload one for every listing?

    What is up with this? The thumbs are all different and it looks crappy.
    How do we control that? Must the featured image be of same size for the thumbs to be same or what?
    Which file in the theme is used for the thumbs?

    I am looking for an answer to this question too somewhat. The issue is that we upload mp4 videos to the site and thus have no thumbnails. SO we use a featured image for each post which works as it overlays on the video. see an example here: http://previewdentists dot com/listing/dr-dague-dentist/.
    But the image is totally stretched out of whack. Cannot find anywhere in the css or other code to control the sizing of this image.

    tried that already. have it set for 150×150, does nothing. the featured image overlays the video player and is the size of the video player regardless so it makes the picture look bad. perhaps if could resize the video player might fix it considering the videos themselves are much smaller than the overall video player size., don’t know but invariably something is controlling the size of the featured image in proportion to the video player size it seems.

    No one has any clue on how to control size of featured image that overlays itself on the video player? Really need to find an answer to where this is being controlled in the code. Have searched and fiddled for hours to no avail.
