I am using the PRICE BASED SHIPPPING Function but it is not working right.
Total Price is between $1.00 and $99.00 the shipping price is $15.00
Total Price is between $100.00 and $200.00 the shipping price is 25.00
This function works if customer ADDS 4 each quantity of $30.00 Product, shipping will show $25.00
But not if customer ADDS only 3 each quantity to CART then decides they want quantity of 4 each and clicks on the + button. Shipping will same same.
after clicking the +, refresh the page, is it then correct?

Is it possible to set the Shipping Cost on the Products page and if customer only buys the 1 product, the shipping cost is set. But if the customer buys more than 1 product then the PRICE BASED SHIPPING Function takes control.
Right now the Shopping Basket is just adding them all up in the Shipping Total
EXAMPLE,
Customer buys 1 QTY Product that cost $30.00 and my set Shipping Cost is $2.99 each Product
Customer buys 2 QTY Product that cost $30.00 and my set Shipping Cost is $2.99 each Product. But Shopping Cart does not Add $2.99 x 2 = $5.98. It only Adds 1 shipping charge. This is a problem.
Customer buys 4 QTY Product that cost $30.00 and my set Shipping Cost is $2.99 each Product,
This is where my PRICE BASED SHIPPING Function should kick in. Anything over $100.00 to $150.00, the shipping cost should be $15.99
this would have to be for a future update, gotta update the theme download tonight so i wont be able to get that in
