    How can I change the header information in my pages?

    I need this to be “en-GB”

    I have checked the general settings and all is ok but when I view the source code of the pages they come up with en-US.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Jan,

    Go to “Settings > General” and change the “Site Language” setting.

    Perhaps this may help a bit more:

    I think maybe you misunderstand my question – this site will only be used in the UK but my header information says this….

    <html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml” lang=”en-US” prefix=”og: http://ogp.me/ns#“>

    I just want to change lang=”en-US” to GB

    I have set everything up as english and my location as london etc turned off geo location.

    I couldn’t find the relevance in the video you linked – this seemed to be all about translations and using different words for things.

    Where you suggest is set to English but does not specify us or gb?

    Ok thank you – looks like I solved it – I downloaded the language file changed the bits at the top to en-GB and uploaded it as a new language file – then chose this as the Display language in settings.
