Restrict Characters in product Name

Can anyone suggest a method to restrict the number of characters shown for the product name.

Please check https://keralainformation.com/shop/product-category/books/

Some of the item names/title are too longer that the entire layout gets disturbed. I need to restrict the product name to 43 characters so that all item names fits to 2 lines of text
