Responsiveness of Homepage Categories

Hello,

I’m running CP 7.0 and have my home page set up by displaying the category images (large). The problem I’m having is that my categories are not being resized properly for smartphones so instead of the categories being side by side they are staggered and it is visually unattractive. Attached is a screenshot. I tried adding an equal number of subcategories to each category but that does not help.

Second, Is there a way to adjust the listing banners such as “asking price” or the price of an item so that the banners don’t cover up the images or any text? Attached is a screen shot.
