Registration Form -Tab Key Passes Country

We noticed when testing our site using Classified Responsive, and Vacation Time Child that when a new user is filling out the registration form, and using the tab key to advance from one field to the next it passes by the “Country Field”. Being the the Country Field dropdown defaults to “Afghanistan” which does not look well in the first place, if new customers forget to change that field when advancing quickly by use of the Tab key to complete the form, then the Country remains Afghanistan. The country dropdown should not default to the first Country, but should be blank, and when usting Tab to move field to field, it should stop at the Country field so a user can select from the dropdown. Can this be rectified? Thanks very much.
