Refer a friend payment gateway needed

    I need a payment gateway that uses the number of referrals as a method of payment. This is a freemium tool which encourages people to refer friends as an alternative to making a payment. E.g. to get Premium subscription the user can either make a 10 pound payment or refer 10 friends to the site. The plugin would need to be able to track the number of referrals sent etc.

    Why not use some affiliate plugin and they would just get their money back through commissions?
