Recent Listings Pagination Jumps to Top of Page

If you use Recent Listings on the home page (using Responsive Directory Theme), when you click the pagination links (to go to page 2 or 3 or whatever) it jumps to the top of the page. Then the user has to scroll down again until they get to recent listings. It isn’t a very good user experience; it makes it seem broken. Could it be fixed so that the pagination links take you to the top of Recent Listings, and not all the way to the top of the page?

In the demo theme, scroll to the bottom of the Recent Listings, and click to go to page 2. It jumps all the way to the top of the page, rather than to the top of recent listings.
