Product Shipping Edit Hidden

Hello,
I have ShopperPress installed, and I have two questions:
0- When I go to edit a product, I have the “Listing Options” under the editor window.
That “Listing Options” has various tabs (General, Attributes, FIle Downloads, Affiliate Settings, Shipping, and Images).
Whenever I click on any of those tabs, nothing “expands” to show the settings.
I have a screenshot, yet I’m not sure how to upload it here (new to these forums).

The other question, #1-
How do I know which version of ShopperPress I have?
I know I went to the WordPress Admin Panel
Dashboard –> Updates
And it doesn’t show anything there.
So I assume it’s updated.
Yet, how can I know if I have the latest version?
