Hi, I’m getting people placing orders and paying for items but the orders are not showing in the order manager and in the customers account dashboard?
Plus the confirmation email is not complete (see below)

I’m using paypal standard, I’ve just had another order through and it is not showing in the order manager and the emails are truncated?
Please send in a ticket so we can take a closer look at the issue.Please disable all none premiumpress plugins first

I did send a ticket a few days ago but have heard nothing. I had to turn all the plugins back on because I was loosing business.

Never mind I got my answer from you . you just passed the buck to my hosting company and told me to go back. Just forget it, I am done with this half ass product that doesn’t work correctly.
No I didn’t… I also don’t like the amount of spam accounts that are registered as you cannot add a decent recaptcha so i’ve moved the cart accross to opencart.

Can anyone confirm if this is being looked into/fixed? Hoping to upgrade my site from V8 in a week or so.
Mark answered me and told me to have my web host roll back my site. The problem is the web host can only go back 5 days and this has been going on for 3 weeks so I can’t roll back they can’t go that far back. So since I can’t get help from Mark and company I am going to some other shopping cart as soon as I can find time to make the switch. I am truly disappointed with the theme and there support.
