PHP Error adding a listing

    When i want to add a listing after i pressed the send button i receive this – in chrome:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mobilevo/public_html/andere/wp-content/themes/CT/tpl-add.php on line 145

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mobilevo/public_html/andere/wp-content/themes/CT/tpl-add.php:145) in /home/mobilevo/public_html/andere/wp-content/themes/CT/tpl-add.php on line 562

    In Internet Explorer after i pressed the send button of the listing, I’m redirected to the page where are the listing packages.

    Also, when I add a new listing, I cannot choose a category, doesn’t matter the browser
