We have now had 3 very bad experiences using Paypal.
The buyer buys a package and then disputes it.
Subsequent discussions with Paypal compliance leaves me with the abiding sense that Paypal are not geared up for handling anything but hard goods.
Intellectual property is not tangible and access is not provable. They also say our invoicing system [built into premium press themes] is NOT evidence of a transaction.
This would suggest that Premium Press access packages are almost un-enforceable through Paypal.
Can anyone suggest a better system or method or perhaps process?
