open new field when clicking on drop down option

Hi

I would like to find out how i can have fields hidden in the add listing section and if a buyer chooses a field in the drop down menu have this field appear.

in the pictures below, if the member clicks on special delivery conditions it must have the block open as in picture 2 so they can specify their own terms and conditions

would appreciate any help with this
