One out of 21 sites not working – Categories & Add Image

I have a multi site – and working on converting my 50 sites to the latest version of the Classified Responsive theme…. I have the latest rev of wordpress. I do not use Plug Ins. I have 21 sites already converted to the Classified Responsive Theme and all are working great but one (mybeautyads.com/california/). When posting a listing the Categories do not display correctly and the image up loader is not there. I checked my set up 10 times, tried to reset site to see if that fixed my issues…. but nothing changes….. I have a lot of listings on the California page and do not want to loose them so do not want to delete the site and start over……anyone have an idea what I should do???
