No Public Access to Lisgings

I have asked a number of associates to go onto my directory site and search for listings as a test.

The search works wonderfully, however when they click on the More Information box, they receive this message:

No Access
Sorry your membership level prevents access to this listing.
Please upgrade your membership to gain access to this page.

I need the public to be able to access member listings without having to login or join. How do I set this to allow public access to member listings?
