How do I set up a “new order” email notification to send to the service provider (seller)?

My problem is that the buyer and admin receive a new order but the seller doesn’t, and may not realize that there is a job waiting for them (if they don’t login and check regularly).
There doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this in the “Email Assignment” section. Am I missing something?
