New Message Received Issue

    Recently, sellers have been receiving an email saying they have a new message regarding an item – that is fine. However, I have the back-end setup to email
    Hello (username),

    And somehow the email gets sent to the seller with the username of the person inquiring. Where would I go, on the backend to solve this issue?
