My site is in meltdown

Hi there. We use the Real Estate theme for our site http://www.granalacantproperties.com. My site is completely gone. Replaced by the following error message

The hosting company said there were errors in the theme and asked me to reload the theme. I have downloaded a fresh copy of the theme from the Premium Press site 8.96 and uploaded it via cPanel. Still no change. I cannot even access the WordPress dashboard

The hosting company says it is the theme. Help!
