Missing Listing Folder

Hi
I have a Problem with instaling Premium Job Board WordPress Theme.
I cold not upload Job Board Theme thru WordPress admin area. It says “The directory wp-content/uploads/2014/12 can not be loaded
the parent directory is not writable by the server”?
Although I managed somehow to install the theme thru FTP but the Theme still does not work properly.
When I want to add a new job or open sam of the Theme then tells me “The requested Document was not foud on this server”

My Hosting Company told me that is missin a listing folder.

They also told me that I should create this folder myself but the problem is I’m not a IT Specialist and dont know how to do it.

Can you help me please?
