microjobs not fully responsive?

    My microjobs website does not appear to by fully responsive. It works on my iphone but I have no way to test ipad. It is not showing up when I test it on multiple sites that allow you to test mobile websites . For example, when I type in the website here, it does not load.

    Do I need to change the setup somewhere to allow my site to be responsive?
