Membership Package Questions

If I set a 30 day membership package to allow for 10 listings of a certain listing package, at the beginning of the next cycle do they get to submit 10 more listings?

Next question…

If they use up their 10 listings in the first week of a 30 day membership that allows for 10 listings. Are they still able to order the normal listing packages and pay the normal listing fee for that listing?

Then when the next cycle comes around do they start back fresh and can now list 10 more listings free?
