This maybe a very amateur question but…
My objection is for a directory theme to cater for parents to find the pediatric services their kids need.
The paying client would be the pediatric services. Doctors, therapies etc.
The listings would be recurring monthly:
Free – name, address, phone only, bronze – + weblink, silver and gold being the beez kneez.
At the moment I have set it up as a membership figuring that they only need 1 listing but can go in to change it at their leisure.
The issues I’m having now is:
When I add a listing using a new user for the “free listing package” the searcher either sees please claim it or nothing when I turn off the “claim button”
When I add a listing using a new user for a membership level the searcher sees a “No Access” don’t have the right membership level to access this listing.

Thanks in advance
