"Listing information" side bar on add listing page & google map issue (images)

Hey Folks

My site is almost done just got a couple of bits left to sort out.

The first;
On the add listing page, there is a side bar with listing details, by default it lists all the possible upgrades for a listing.

I have actually turned off listing packages, so when you add a listing it goes straight to the page where you complete details for the listing, and now that side bar is blank (as there are no upgrade options). But the side bar still appears with its header but no content under it.

Where do I go to edit this content? I’d like to put an image there, walking through the details on the right so to make the process for users really easy. So basically I need to add image html code, but where do i put this?

Also side note, I notice that occasionally the google map doesn’t load correctly. This happens on all pages including the home page. Not every time, but say 1 in 5 or so. Any ideas?
