Listing and membership different kinds of posts

I apologize if this is posted elsewhere, but I have yet to find more info and need a little assistance 🙂

There are listing and memberships.
I’ need visitors be able to pay and order a listing – that is already in place.
I also need to have service providers to be able to buy a membership so they can add their services. Kind of like sponsors or advertising. So this would be unrelated and completely separate from the listings.

Example: Lenders, Lawyers and Appraisers, etc.
Once I have this setup ie: Lender Membership, Appraiser Membership, etc.
I then need to sort and list these by type (types are the examples above)
And how shall I set this up? But then how do I go about listing them on their respective pages?
