Lettings/Rentals Site Questions

I wonder if you could help.

I am looking at creating a property rental/Lettings site and have a few questions.

Is it possible to do the following?

Prices to be shown in rental amount per month in GBP.
Search to be able to be filtered by the amount per month, such as less than 1000GBp etc
One off price per listing for fixed period for private individuals.
Annual price for either unlimited or multiple listing for agents.
Separate type of registration for agents to include agent bio etc.
Auto generation of email for expiring listings and the ability to extend the listing or restart if expired.
