installation of the Teslia Child theme failed

    I tried to install the Teslia Child theme but it didn’t work and I saw a message saying ‘installation failed’. This was when I tried to install the Teslia child theme on top of the Responsive Real Estate theme which I had installed and activated already. Why doesn’t it work?
    Then I went on to try to install the S3 child theme and that seem to worked and then I clicked Activate but then I got some sort of blank screen w/ just the message :
    Cheatin’ uh?
    The requested theme does not exist.

    Why does it say this? I seem to have problems installing child themes. I followed all directions in installing and activating the Responsive Real Estate theme though.

    Why doesn’t it work?
    Could you please help me?
