I am currently using Responsive Directory Theme Version 8.9.4.
long story short. before I had map option turned off I created custom fields for country state and city instead of the map, but now I wanted the option to be turned on for better search, now I have turned on the maps and deleted the custom fields which I created for listing location, and now how do remove the data was entered by the users. please see the pic for demo?
I just can not describe this as good because it I am very confused my self.
You can remove this by accessing your database.Check the table wp_postmeta
hey josh, thanks for the reply, could you please tell me where can I find this file?
Kashif, you will need to access your database via the php admin software that your provider offers.
Make backups as your obviously not …. used to this part of web dev.
Good luck or get someone to do it for you.
Hey Dave, I’m still not sure, would I be able to find this in ftp or not? is there anymore instructions?
Not via ftp no.
Put a ticket in as I do not think you should mess with your database.
Mark and Josh might help.
Php admin is located in your cpanel/host control panel.Login to your host you should see the option
Hey Dave thanks.
I don’t use cpanel, my hosting is based in the UK is heart internet and they don’t use cpanel.
