How to Delete image from listing

I uploaded an image to a listing then needed to change it, I deleted from the media section however now an error icon appears, also tried deleting from attachment manager but no save button after you press delete.

I though my adding the image add with same file name would replace it for time being so it didn’t look messed up, but know have two images the same.

Using responsive directory theme
