Home Page Display Setup

I understand how to rearrange the home page components but the changes I make don’t always show when viewed on the live home page.

For example, testing with IE, Firefox, and Chrome, clearing the history/cache in each etc, if I rearrange the home page components in the admin dashboard, then view the live home page it is stuck with the previous arrangement so I can’t preview the result.

Eventually it shows, but with some of the previous selection showing too.

Is there a quick way of ‘wiping the slate clean’ and seeing only what I’ve selected?
