We will be getting an new update in the month of feb, 2018 as communicated by Mark Fail in another post in the forum.
Mark is currently working for new updates and new themes, please watch out for those.
You can subscribe to our blog to be updated
I was wondering the same..I sent 3 tickets no answer..its an easy answer for them too.,..lol…
What are your ticket idsso I can follow up
i just checked from our tickets and all has been answered.
You might have been replied already
Seen many posts with confusion regarding the tickets.
Can you change the ticketing and support system so that all the data will be online and a user can login to the panel and see for himself the replies and tickets archive at once.
There are lot of good support systems are there along with managing the clients downloads and purchases.
using api key for licensing is the norm of the day. you can restrict the users basing upon their level of purchase.
hope to see some changes soon in the best of interest for premium press community.
Thanks for the feedback kiran.
I will surely pass this to Mark so he can try to change the system.
Thanks Premium Press for listening to its customers..
cheers these are my tickets..no answers..not sure if system is bugged…I would rather not state the issue here..it should be a simpleanswer for someone that knows..:)

Dear Suppport Team,
I’m also waiting for the answer for 3-4 weeks.
Not sure….as our promised February “Major” Update to DT and all other themes rapidly approaches (After being delayed – numerous times)….
One is left to wonder if Mark Fail and team are maybe enjoying the temptations of Thailand a bit too much these days?
Where are you Mark Fail?
Are we going to get this Major Update – and what will it change, fix, improve????
Mark is still working on the update. Though he didn’t gave us a date when he’ll going to release it, he asked us to list out issues which needed to be fix for the next update. We support are also waiting for the update. I know Mark will release it soon 🙂
Guys, if you didn’t know, PP responsive themes use the Bootstrap framework and the latest version of Bootstrap, version 4, was only released on the 28th December 17′. I am almost certain this is the reason for such a long delay between PP updates.
Of course, only Mark can fill in the blanks, but hopefully that sheds some light on the situation. Not long to wait now.
Marie – is Mark taking feature requests? The Shop them could do with some love
Yes Lee, even the release of bootstrap also delayed PP themes..
Hello Christopher Lee,
Not sure if the feature request area is still relevant and/or applicable, but here ya go:
Submit your feature requests to our ideas board and it could be included in a future theme update.
