"Get code" link open in same tab

if you click on any listing “get code” section, the affiliate link opens on same tab, rather opening in new tab. That makes the visitor out of my site.

How can I make it open the link in new tab?

what code should I add in design set up > custom meta data?

the existing code indicates _blank already there, but still not working.
