First name, Last name on account details

Hi, I have created the registration form with first and last name but on account details page there are another names field making it duplicate. Is it possible to bring the account details first name and last name on the registration form. as without name asking some one to register does not go right!! also the user name and email address stays first thing at form but password goes at the bottom after all the custom fields. which makes the form strange. Username at the top password at the bottom of the form unless I disable the password field. Is it possible to bring all the fields on account details page at the registration form.
