Expired coupons

hi guys,

I’m facing some small problems but have a huge impact on my site.
Expired coupons are automatically set on draft even this setting is not active.
I think this can be resolved with settings on listing packages, but can’t seem to find the right settings.

Next to that, on the shop page, expired coupons should be at the bottom and the active coupons should be at the top. How can I do this?
