Email Subscribers Don't Show in the List

I’m trying to setup email subscription. So far these steps work:

1. User visits website and enters his email address to subscribe
2. User receives an email with subscription link confirmation
3. User clicks to confirm and gets to the thank you page
4. User can also unsubscribe by clicking unsubscribe link.

However, this doesn’t work:

1. Admin doesn’t see any unconfirmed, or confirmed email addresses in the process.
