Email signup with first and lastname

I would like to see newsletter signup with additional fields for at least the first name and possibly last name + variables for using these names as part of the email templates.

Being able to do sendouts to the receiver not just using the email will increase the chance that the email will reach its destination instead of being marked as spam. Having it as part of the PremiumPress themes would be a very good thing.
