We are getting 4 emails in a row sent to us as admin after a sale to users. Why is this?
Anyone have an idea? :–)
what version of the theme are you using?
Hi we have just bought it last week and downloaded / installed the zip. It is 6.6.6.
latest version available for the Downloads theme is version 8.3. I suggest you update your theme and check via WordPress dashboard > Updates
It is the software theme (guess it is also called download) and does not show an update option. Why would that theme be given to us when we bough it?
After designing it on 6.6.6 that is a pretty dated update changing to to 8.3 and will likely have many changes affecting our site design. Arg. How do we update if NOT showing update available in wordpress / updates? Thank you. :–)
Steps to update:
1. Please create a backup for your site database and files first before doing any updates (themes or wordpress)
2. Please login to: http://www.premiumpress.com/account/ then download the latest version.
3. Login to your FTP or file manager on your cpanel hosting and go to the wp-content/themes folder and rename the old main theme folder.
4. Please login to your wordpress dashboard > Appearance > And upload the new theme and Activate

Josh, after update now our purchase buttons pops open a download window giving away the zip free? No longer requires payment via paypal? What th heck lol :–)

Still getting duplicate emails to admin after purchase 4 – 5 each time. This is even after upgrade to 8.3. Thoughts?

Submit your feature requests to our ideas board and it could be included in a future theme update.
