Directory theme 8.9.7 featured text color issue

Hi, I am using the Responsive Business Directory Theme 8.9.7 with the December Directory 2016 child template and want to know how I can change the color of the background when the featured listing are displayed as a grid.

Normal listing have the description text in black, but featured listing have the text in white color on a red color background.

When you select the grid format, the featured listing continue to show the text in white color and the background color also changes to white and it is not possible to see the text.
